When you want to load up images or files, first click under IMAGES or FILES in the left navigation bar.

To insert the images or files: click: ... add an image
click on "Datei auswählen" (choose a file)

to insert the file or image into a story copy/paste the code in brackets listed above the image in the image gallery:
